It seemed like such a simple assignment.
Stand up in front of a group of fellow Christians and answer the question, "What does Jesus mean to me?"
Simple right?
This fellow sister in Christ laid out the assignment at hand before a group on Facebook called "Standing Up For Jesus." She offered a brief response and then opened Pandora's box by asking the group, "What do you think I should say?"
The number of responses was amazing.
Everyone had a take, an angle, a position, an argument, a ploy and a prayer. But no one seemed to have an answer.
My response on the Facebook page offered nothing earth shattering or heaven shaking. It was brief and to the point.
"How about just answering the question, 'What does Jesus mean to me?"
My iWitness...
That's our assignment for today...
"What does Jesus mean to me?"
Simple right?
I look forward to hearing your responses...
And that's my iWitness...
Laugh often and fear not!
David!
Jesus said to them, "But who do you say that I am?" (Matthew 16. 15)
